Making friends of krishna is the best thing you can do. An example is the spoon revolution. The animal protection is important,because the animals and the humans have a father in commun and in this way we learn to love our father. Someone ask me the other day "What is the spoon revolution ?". The spoon revolution is first to show love, i love you. I love to say :
"I want to take care of you, and take care of your health, and i want to take care of mother earth,because is our mother. I dont want earth suffers of quimic poisons. I want to do everything so mother earth will be happy." I love animals, i love birds, because all is integral part of God."

Haciendo amigos de Krishna es la mejor cosa que puedes hacer. Un ejemplo es la revolución de la cuchara. La protección animal es importante porque los animales y los humanos tienen un padre en común y de esta manera aprendemos a amar a nuestro Padre. Alguien me preguntó el otro día "¿Qué es la revolución de la cuchara?". La REVOLUCIÓN LA CUCHARA es el primero en demostrar el amor. "Te amo". Me encanta decir: "Quiero cuidar de ti y quiero cuidar de su salud y quiero cuidar de la tierra, que es nuestra madre. No quiero que la tierra sufre de venenos químicos porque quiero hacer que la Madre Tierra sea feliz. Me encantan los animales, me encantan los pájaros, porque todo es parte integrante de este plan de Dios. "

The devotional service is fundamental to overcome the limits of the senses.The senses are uncontrollables and the only form to control them are with the devotional activities, because everything related with the lord is pure.
To control the senses through devotional service one needs discipline.People in general rebels against discipline because they want to do what they like. The disciple is the key point for the spiritual ascent to god and only can be achieve by the devotees that regulates the senses.Without discipline you can´t understand the real meaning of life.

El servicio devocional es fundamental para superar los límites de los sentidos. Los sentidos son incontrolables y la única manera de controlarlos es con las actividades devocionales, como todo lo relacionado con el Señor es puro.
Para controlar los sentidos a través del servicio devocional se necesita disciplina. La gente en general se rebelan contra la disciplina porque quieren hacer lo que quieren.La disciplina es el punto clave para el ascenso espiritual a Dios sólo se puede lograr por los devotos que regulan los sentidos. Sin disciplina no se puede entender el verdadero significado de la vida.
